Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
Posted 31 July 2026 by LucieHallam Medical has locum opportunities for Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) to support clinical services within Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) across London.
We are seeking experienced ANPs with a strong background in urgent care, UTCs, walk-in centres, out-of-hours services, or emergency care. You will be confident assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing patients autonomously while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
These roles are ideal for ANPs looking to incorporate urgent care sessions into a portfolio career, offering the flexibility to choose shifts that suit their availability, lifestyle, and professional interests.
There are multiple shifts available across locations in North West and North Central London.
Client Essential Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with relevant Master’s level qualification or equivalent advanced practice training.
- Independent Non-Medical Prescriber (V300).
- Relevant experience working within urgent care, UTCs, walk-in centres, out-of-hours services, or emergency care.
- Ability to autonomously assess, diagnose, treat, and discharge patients presenting with minor illness and injury.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
- Appropriate professional indemnity arrangements.
