Advanced Paramedic Practitioner
Posted 06 August 2026 by TiaHallam Medical has opportunities for Advanced Paramedic Practitioners to join a Night Response Service in Northamptonshire.
The Night Response Service provides overnight urgent care to patients in their own homes, seven days a week. The service operates between 11:00pm and 8:00am.
As an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner within the Night Response Service, you will support the Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) by carrying out home visits, providing professional and compassionate clinical care and treatment to patients.
You will play a key role in supporting patients in the community, providing timely assessments and treatments while helping to reduce avoidable hospital visits.
This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team and contribute to supporting the upcoming winter pressures period.
Client Requirements
- HCPC Registered Paramedic
- Experience within an urgent and/or emergency care environment.
- Ability to undertake comprehensive clinical assessments and make safe, effective decisions regarding patient care.
- Competent in the assessment, treatment, and management of a wide range of patient presentations.
- Ability to work autonomously, including assessing and treating patients in their own homes.
- Strong knowledge of clinical guidelines, pathways, and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to recognise deteriorating patients and escalate care appropriately.
