Advanced Practitioner (ANP/ACP)
Posted 14 October 2025 by LyndseyHallam Medical has an opportunity for Advanced Practitioners (ANP/ACP) to support an Out of Hours (OOH) service in York.
We are looking for Prescribing Advanced Nurse Practitioners / Advanced Clinical Practitioners to provide timely and effective assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting to the service with Minor Illness.
In this role you will be confident in making autonomous clinical decisions, including prescribing and referrals where appropriate.
Skills / Requirements:
- Clinical skills Level 7 – Adult and Paediatrics
- Independent Prescribing Qualification (V300)
- See and treat both adults and paediatrics from birth.
- Minimum of two years recent experience in the relevant discipline (urgent, emergency, and primary urgent care, OOH)
