Advanced Practitioner (ANP/ACP)
Posted 07 October 2026 by SheridanHallam Medical has an opportunity for Advanced Practitioners (ANP/ACP) to join an Integrated Urgent Care and Reablement Service in Nottinghamshire.
We are looking for dual-skilled ANPs and/or ACPs to work within the Virtual Ward (VW) to assess, diagnose, or treat presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
You will carry out holistic assessments and patient monitoring checks, delivering a safe and efficient alternative to an NHS hospital bed. This means patients can be supported to remain independent and recover in the place they call home, whilst helping with bed flow within the hospital
This position offers a variety of shift patterns, available 7 days a week.
Client Requirements:
- Hold a NMC or HCPC Registration
- Competent in managing Minor Illness Level 7
- Recognised full Master’s level qualification or equivalent
- Non-medical Prescriber (V300)
- Advanced physical examination skills
- Competence working within the Integrated Reablement Team (IRT)/Virtual Ward (VW)
- Community Background
