Advanced Practitioner (ANP/ACP)
Posted 17 September 2026 by UrsulaHallam Medical has opportunities available for Advanced Practitioners (ANP/ACP) to join an Out of Hours service in Mansfield.
We are looking for experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners and/or Advanced Clinical Practitioners to support patients of all ages presenting to the 24-hour walk-in urgent primary care service in Mansfield.
Role Overview:
- Work autonomously across all care settings as a clinical leader.
- Assess, prioritise, diagnose, and manage patients with undifferentiated needs.
- Prescribe independently and perform clinical procedures without direct supervision.
- Provide safe, patient-centred care and make autonomous clinical decisions.
- Supervise and support other clinical staff.
- You may also be required to support the Telephone Triage service, depending on client requirements.
Client Requirements:
- NMC / HCPC Registered
- Masters level qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice
- Non-medical prescribing
- See and treat patients of all ages
- Previously worked in a unscheduled work environment i.e. urgent/primary care experience
- Telephone Triage experience (desirable)
