Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)

We are looking for highly skilled ACP’s with previous experience of working autonomously within a GP environment to support this service in Leeds.
In this role you will confidently See and Treat patients presenting to the services with Minor Illnesses and Chronic Conditions.
