We are recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist to join a well-established GP practice in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with primary care experience who is looking to work closely within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and authorising prescriptions
- Conducting medication reviews
- Supporting medicines optimisation within the practice
- Working collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
You will need:
- Registered Clinical Pharmacist (GPhC)
- Experience working within a GP practice or primary care setting preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
