Community Band 6 COPD Specialist Nurse
Posted 02 April 2024 by Ameila SnapeHallam Medical has a fantastic opportunity for a Band 6 Community COPD Specialist Nurse to work withinthe COPD team at Horsham, Sussex.
We would love to hear from NMC or HCPC Registered COPD Specialist Nurses who are looking for a role in Sussex, based in Horsham, covering mid Sussex and Crawley.
The role is due to last for three months initially, with an immediate start, working Mon-Fri 0830-1630.
You shoul dbe confident with the below:
- To have a respiratory background with either Nursing or Pulmonary Rehabilitation experience or both.
- Experience in oxygen management including capillary blood gas analysis.
- Experience in nebuliser therapy
- Management of COPD conditions
- General medical/physical assessment skills
- Experience in caring for a palliative patient.
- Own vehicle with business insurance.
