Community Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

We are looking to speak with Community RMNs to support this service by providing person-centred assessments as and flexible, personalised care for service users and their families/carers.
The role involves delivering evidence-based interventions, providing specialist nursing advice and undertaking clinical procedures, while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and promoting the value of mental health nursing.
Client Requirements:
- Previous mental health community experience
- Registered Band 6 Mental Health Nurse
- Good knowledge and interest in community care and have specific clinical expertise in mental health.
- Professional Qualification RMN (Degree or equivalent)
- Appropriate significant experience post qualification experience.
This opportunity offers:
