Community Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Posted 10 April 2024 by Ameila SnapeHallam Medical are looking for Community Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to support a community-based team working from Pullman Place, Gloucester.
The Assertive Outreach Team is a community-based team working from Pullman Place. We work with people with a serious mental illness who require a more assertive approach than mainstream mental health services. In addition to mental illness our service users are often affected by drug and alcohol addiction, homelessness and contact with the criminal justice system.
In an ideal world, we would like someone to work 3-5 days a week which must include Tuesdays and Fridays. This is to cover vacancies and recruitment issues.
To apply for this role:
- NMC Registered
- Full UK driving licence
- Full driving license and use of own car
- Knowledge of psychotic illnesses
- Knowledge of RIO
- Ability to manage a small caseload
- A minimum of 6 months UK Nursing experience
