We are looking for community nurses that have experience in wound care to support the clinics around Medway.
Role Overview:
- Be able to deliver care for acute wounds and complex wounds
- Conducts clinical evaluations and develops individualized care plans for patients
- Work closely with healthcare assistants and other healthcare practitioners to deliver safe and high-effective care to patients
Skills Required:
- Have previous experience in wound care
- Competent in performing Doppler assessments
- Be able to perform complex wound care
- Be able to travel between the sites across Medway when required
