Community Nurse (Band 5)
Posted 31 July 2024 by LukeHallam Medical has an exciting opportunity for a community nurse to support a service in Widnes. They are offering fantastic rates with shifts available throughout the week and weekend.
For this job role you will need to be competent in the following skills:
- wound care,
- insulin administration,
- venepuncture,
- subcut and IM injections.
- Palliative care, compression,
- catheters (male, female, Supra-pubic) and IV PICC flushes are advantageous.
Must be a car owner/driver and must be computer literate to use EMIS for documenting- training will be given.
To apply for this role:
- NMC Registered
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident in carry out all standard community nursing duties
- A minimum of 6 months UK Community Nursing experience
