Community Nurse (Band 5)
Posted 28 February 2024 by LukeHallam Medical has a great opportunity for Community Nurses (RGN) to join a Community Nursing team based in Hampshire.
As part of your role you will be supporting the District and Community Nursing team with day to day, patients caseloads and ensuring high quality care and outcomes for patients. You will also be responsible for the assessment and implementation of treatment and to develop plans of care for designated patients across the designated Community area.
As you will be visiting patients within their own homes you will required to hold a full UK license and have access to your own vehicle.
To apply for this role:
- NMC Registered
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident in carry out all standard community nursing duties
- A minimum of 6 months UK Community Nursing experience
