We have opportunities in Skegness, Spalding, Boston, Lincoln, Louth, Bourne, Mablethorpe, Horncastle, Grantham and Sleaford.
This role offers Community Nurses:
- Monday to Friday (08:00 am – 16:00 pm)
- Full-time and Part-time hours available
- Ongoing support

We are looking for Community Nurses to provide high quality care and support to patients within their own homes across Lincolnshire.
