We have Community Nursing and Palliative Care opportunities available in Derby and Chesterfield areas.
In this role, you will provide dedicated care to patients within their own homes, delivering all standard community nursing and palliative care duties with confidence and compassion.
You’ll be working as part of a service committed to supporting people with long-term conditions, while also promoting health and wellbeing across the community.
Our client is seeking experienced Community Nurses who can demonstrate competence in the following skills:
- Catheterisation: Male, Female and Suprapubic
- Compression bandaging
- Pleurex/Rocket drain management
- Venepuncture
- Syringe driver set-up
- Wound Care
- Ascites Drains
- Cannulation
- Palliative Care
