Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP)
Posted 30 August 2026 by GemmaHallam Medical has opportunities for Emergency Care Practitioners (ECP) to support a Home Visiting Service which operates across the Cumbria region.
We are looking for motivated and experienced Emergency Care Practitioners to join a busy Home Visiting Service in Cumbria, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within the community.
In this role you will work autonomously as part of a multidisciplinary primary care team, you will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in their own homes, helping to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions and ensuring timely access to care.
Client Requirements:
- MSc Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
- Independent Prescriber qualification preferred
- HCPC registration
- Experience in Urgent, Emergency or Primary Care.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach and the ability to work independently
- A full UK driving licence
