Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP)
Posted 01 January 2026 by LiamHallam Medical is looking for experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioners to help with a busy Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) in London.
You will work autonomously to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with minor illnesses and minor injuries, including referral for and interpretation of X-rays.
Essential requirements
- NMC registration
- Proven experience in Urgent Care / Minor Injury Units
- Ability to see and treat minor injuries in patients aged 2+ years
- Top-to-Toe Health Assessment module
- Minor Illness and Minor Injuries module
- Competence in suturing and suture/staple removal
- General wound care experience
- Administration of medications via IM and SC injections
- Sepsis training
- Experience using SystmOne or RiO patient record systems
Desirable skills
- Non-Medical Prescribing (or willingness to work under PGDs)
- IRMER / Red Dot training
