We are seeking experienced GPs to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care through home visits, providing comprehensive clinical assessments and management for patients of all ages within community settings.
A variety of flexible shift patterns are available.
Client Requirements
- GMC registration with a licence to practise
- Included on the GP Register
- Experience assessing and managing patients of all ages
- Confident working autonomously in community/home visiting settings
- Prescribing qualification
- Palliative care experience
- Verification of Death competency
- Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills
