Health Advisor
Posted 14 April 2026 by LucieHallam Medical has a new opportunity for experienced 111 Health Advisors to support a 111 service based in Ashford, Kent.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care over the phone.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will triage a wide range of calls using the NHS Pathways system, providing non-clinical advice and directing patients to the most appropriate care.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience as a 111 Health Advisor
- Tier 2 trained
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Shifts & Availability
- Flexible shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
