Health Visitor

We are looking for skilled professional Health Visitors who have excellent communication skills and who can deliver compassionate care to support the service, making a real difference to improve the health outcomes for children and families in Central London and Hertfordshire.
You will have experience working with diverse communities and dealing with highly emotive situations. You will be able to engage with families and build trusting professional relationships. Putting children and young people at the heart of everything you do!
To Apply for this role you must meet the below requirements
- Full OT qualifications
- SCPHN registration
- Registered nurse/midwife
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent understanding of Health visiting and the 0-19 health agenda
- Excellent knowledge of local and national public health agenda
- Excellent understanding and experience in safe guarding children and young people
