In this role, you will be working as part of a at home clinical team working within a community setting with patients homes and nursing homes.
About this Role
- Shifts are available immediately
- Shifts are 7 days a week – 07:00-15:00 / 09:00-17:00 / 14:00-22:00
- Mixture of lone visiting and double up visits
Requirements:
- Previous Healthcare Assistant experience
- Confident in personal care and meal preparation
- Car driver and access to your own vehicle
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Eligible to work in the UK
