Hallam Medical are excited to be partnering with one of the UK’s largest private care providers in their search for a Registered Nursing Home Manager in the Wirral

About the Client:

The company are a progressive, forward-thinking care provider with over twenty homes throughout UK. They provide bespoke dementia care and specialist Nursing care for service users with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s Disease, Speech impairment, physical disability and also provide palliative care. Their homes are state-of-the art and the investment they put back into their residents and staff teams is evident from the moment you walk through the door.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced home manager to join a large group that offers further development and progression opportunities. The role will involve taking on the registration of a 50+ bedded Nursing home and taking a lead on everything from recruitment and staffing, quality of care, promoting dignity and improving clinical standards.

For this role you do not need to have a Nursing qualification as there is also a clinical lead in place in the home, however a solid basis of knowledge around the running of a Nursing home is essential. You must hold a registration in the past and be confident in managing a team. Experience dealing with CQC, ICB and external stakeholders is essential.
