As a Registered Nursing Home Manager you will be required to manage a team of unit managers and registered nurses, with the support of the clinical lead ,to achieve excellent care standards. The day to day will include but not limited to: appraisals, setting and actioning recruitment strategies, promoting a safe and stimulating environment for residents that puts their dignity at the heart of decision making.
We are looking for NMC Registered Nurses who have previous home management experience to work within an established and well-known provider, offering further progression and development opportunities. To apply for this role you will need to have an active PIN number and managerial experience in either a home manager, deputy or clinical lead role within a nursing home environment or similar. Excellent communication skills and a passion for caring are a must.
