Telephone Triage Clinician
Posted 25 March 2026 by UrsulaHallam Medical has locum opportunities for Telephone Triage Clinicians to support a Telephone Triage service in Nottingham.
In this role you will be conducting clinical assessments over the phone to identify patient needs and provide appropriate advice or interventions. You will be signposting patients to the most suitable care pathways or services.
We are keen to speak with Registered Nurses and/or Paramedics with previous telephone triage experience (or similar clinical roles) and have strong decision-making and communication skills.
Requirements/Experience:
- Telephone Triage Experience (6 months)
- NMC/HCPC Registered
- Evidence of acute care setting (Urgent Care / A&E / Admissions)
- Touch Type
- An accredited course such as, Minor Illness, Physical Assessment or History Taking at Level 6
