Triage Nurse (RGN)
Posted 14 March 2024 by ZacharyHallam Medical is looking for experienced Triage Nurses to support a Urgent Care Service that is located in Corby, Northamptonshire
The role involves front door assessment and streaming of patients attending this service.
We are looking to speak with NMC Registered Triage Nurses with nursing experience, who can confidently take front door assessment and stream patients to the correct areas of the service.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Hold a NMC Registration
- Experience of Urgent Care or A&E – acute setting experience
- Competent with cannulations
- Competent with IVs
- Competent with taking bloods
- Experience with running bloods (desirable)
- Manchester Triage Training or similar (Can train if required but this is high level training so will do if regular)
- Experience with Paediatrics in some form (desirable)
- Triage Experience
- Smartcard
