With the Christmas and New Year Bank Holidays just around the corner, we want to make sure we process your timesheets as quickly as possible.

Please take a few minutes to read our festive timesheet deadlines.

If you currently use an umbrella company you will need to check with them as their payroll deadlines may differ to our Hallam Medical PAYE.

Timesheet dates

Timesheets will need to be submitted by:

• Timesheets to be submitted by 08:00am Wednesday 27th December 2023 for payroll on Friday 29th December 2023
• Timesheets to be submitted by 08:00am Tuesday 2rd January 2024 for payroll on Friday 5th January 2024
• Regular Monday 10:00am deadline from Monday 8th January onwards.
