Last Wednesday and Thursday our Senior Management Team attended Van Dykes by the Wildes in Chesterfield to host their end of the year meeting.

Our Senior Management Team Chief Executive Deborah McCain, Founder and Clinical Director Alex Munro, Directors Neil Heaton and Charlotte Heaton, Chief Operations Officer Chris Whawell, Non-Executive Director Simon Ratcliffe and Business Managers Warren Tomlinson and Gemma Smith, reviewed last year and spoke about the strategies for the new financial year.

Managing Director Patrick Maloney and Implementation Expert Nicola Wass at Lead Talent also attended the meeting to provide support and input to help Hallam Medical plan for the next five years.

Chief Executive Deborah said “It was a fantastic productive end of the year meeting. As always great energy and input from everyone. I am excited for the next five-year plan and to watch it come to life.”
