At Hallam Medical, we believe in recognising and celebrating hard work and commitment.

This year, we held our 2023 Award Ceremony at Shrigley Hall & Spa in Cheshire. As part of the award ceremony, we highlighted the amazing work the team at Hallam HQ have achieved, as well as shine a spotlight on the individual team members who have gone above and beyond for the company and the healthcare services we support across the UK.

With every award ceremony, Hallam Medical take part in a team building event, with this year’s theme being sports day which was ran by KDM Events. The business was split into six teams, who battled it out to be the ultimate sports day team champions.

The room the awards and party took place was decorated beautifully by Cheshire Celebrations, which included 4FT LED Letters spelling out “Hallam Awards” across the dance floor ensuring our team felt valued and appreciated for all their commitment to supporting the healthcare services with the provision of clinicians needed.

Founder and Clinical Director, Alex Munro, kicked off the evening ceremony with a warm welcome, expressed gratitude for the team’s hard work and highlighted significant events that took place during the last financial year.

Director Charlotte Heaton took to the stage to announce the winners of the awards. One by one, team members were called up to receive their well-deserved awards, which ranged from “Team of the Year” to “Best Newcomer” as well as awards that embodied the company’s core values: Positive, Committed, Team, Care, Resourceful, Trusted and Deliver.

Chief Executive Officer, Deborah McCain closed the ceremony by congratulating everyone for their outstanding achievement and contribution to the healthcare services we successfully support across Urgent Care, Primary Care, 111 and specialist Community services. Deborah also spoke about our team’s excellent delivery to the challenging tasks of supplying high quality locum Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Emergency Nurse Practitioners, Emergency Care Practitioners, 111 Clinical Advisors, Community Nurses, District Nurses, and Registered Nurses.

We are passionate about providing healthcare services with high quality health care professionals. Over the past year, our passion and dedication were highlighted, with Hallam Medical supplying 1,000 clinicians, supporting 400 services, and providing over 2.3 million patient consultations across the UK. It is with thanks to our amazing team, that we can continue meet the healthcare market’s needs, by providing experienced locum clinicians to complement our clients’ existing workforce as well as ensuring their patients are seen, treated, and cared for.

Our award ceremony was an unforgettable evening that celebrated the dedication, hard work, and talent of our team. It was a day and evening to remember, which highlighted the difference the team at Hallam HQ have made to healthcare services across the country, as well as celebrate the Hallam Medical values our team demonstrate every day.
