We are keen to speak with General Practice Nurses who can confidently deliver a wide range of treatment room services and chronic disease management in a primary care environment.
We have opportunities in Chelmsford and Rochford.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, COPD)
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Cervical cytology
- Wound care and dressings
- NHS Health Checks and lifestyle advice
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting
- Competent in relevant clinical procedures (e.g., cytology, immunisations)
