Triage Nurse (Band 5)
Posted 10 January 2026 by RhianeHallam Medical has opportunities for experienced Triage Nurses to support multiple Urgent Care Centres across Leeds, West Yorkshire.
In this role you will provide triage assessment of adult and paediatric patients, clinical assessment, prioritising clinical need, and ensure appropriate review dependent on clinical need.
You will be an integral part of the Urgent Care team, ensuring patient safety and advocacy through effective team communication and clinical prioritisation.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Hold a NMC Registration
- Triage Experience within urgent or emergency care
- Smartcard
- Previous experience of using NEWS/PEWS
- Wound Management experience
