Registered General Nurse (RGN)- Hospice

Key Duties
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with NMC standards
- Collect, collate, evaluate and report information, maintaining accurate patient records.
- Administer medication and treatments
- Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation
- Monitor residents’ condition and escalate concerns
- Support and guide care staff on shift
Requirements
- NMC Registered
- Palliative Care/End of Life experience
- Syringe Driver experience
- Handling medication
