Hallam Medical Attends the William Rathbone X Annual Lecture and Award Ceremony
Hallam Medical was invited by the Queen’s Institute of Community Nursing (QICN) to attend the William Rathbone X Annual Lecture and Award Ceremony, held in central London on 14 May 2026.
The prestigious event brought together national and regional nursing leaders, alongside key figures from across health and social care.
The QICN recognises the importance of strong strategic leadership in the delivery of high-quality community nursing care. In support of this, the William Rathbone X Annual Award for Excellence in Executive Nurse Leadership of Community Nursing Services was established. The award honours the legacy of a former QICN Council member and is generously funded by his family.
This year’s lecture was delivered by Professor Kristina Mikkonen, focusing on the NHS transition from analogue to digital healthcare.
Hallam Medical was represented by Chief Nurse, Lisa Locker, and Principal Consultant, Ursula Coleman.
We would like to extend our thanks to the Queen’s Institute of Community Nursing for the kind invitation to attend such a significant and insightful event.
