Client Requirements:
- NMC registration
- Previous experience within a mental health setting.
- Good understanding of mental health conditions and care practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A compassionate, patient-centred approach.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and relevant clinical procedures.
