Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse to work as part of a team in order to deliver high quality treatment with compassion and care.
Role Overview
- Conducting bio-psycho-social assessments.
- Provide longer term input for patients with SMI and carry a caseload.
- Assess new referrals and make appropriate decisions as required.
- Participate in MDT discussions
Client Requirements:
- Previous community psychiatric nurse experience
- Experience of administering depot medication with local community
- Ordering medication system one training
- Must be able to drive and have own vehicle.
- NMC Registered
- 6 months Community Psychiatric Nursing experience
- UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
