Fantastic feedback for Emergency Nurse Practitioner, Paul

Hallam Medical Emergency Nurse Practitioner, Paul, received fantastic feedback from a patient who he attended to at a Minor Injury Unit (MIU) in the Northwest.

The patient was full of praises and thanked Paul for doing a great job when she visited the MIU.

The feedback said,

“Paul, a lady phoned the unit to pass on her thanks for you dealing with her in the MIU. She was full of praise for you and wanted you to know you did a great job.”

The Clinical Manager at the MIU commented on the feedback Paul received,

“It is lovely when we have such great feedback from people like yourself Paul and we appreciate all your help here. Well done!”

Paul, who lives in West Yorkshire, began working for Hallam Medical as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner in 2011.
