With Christmas and New Year Bank Holidays just around the corner, we want to make sure your timesheets are processed quickly and efficiently.

Please take a moment to review our festive timesheet deadlines below:

Timesheet Submission Deadlines:

• By 08:00 AM, Monday 23rd December: For payroll on Friday, 27th December 2024.
• By 08:00 AM, Monday 30th December: For payroll on Friday, 3rd January 2025.

Regular Deadline Resumes: From Monday, 6th January (submit by 10:00 AM).

If you use an umbrella company, please check with them as their payroll deadlines may differ from Hallam Medical PAYE.

Key Reminders:

• Christmas Day and Boxing Day fall on Wednesday, 25th, and Thursday, 26th December this year.
• Ensure your timesheets are signed and error-free to avoid delays.
• Payslips will be sent by Friday at 5PM.

New Year’s Day falls on Wednesday, 1st January 2025. Payroll will be processed on Thursday, 2nd January, and Friday, 3rd January. Please submit your timesheets early.
