We are looking for Advanced Clinical Practitioner with Independent Prescribing experience in urgent care, managing conditions such as urinary tract infections (UTIs), coughs, colds, and other minor illnesses.
In this role, you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of minor illnesses and injuries.
- Provide expert clinical advice and treatment over the telephone.
- Work autonomously to deliver safe, effective, and timely patient care.
- Play a key role in providing high-quality, compassionate care.
Client Requirements:
- Full Masters in Advanced Clinical Practise
- Active Independent Prescriber qualification.
- Be able to prescribe against wide range of medications
- Experience of working in Out of Hours/ UTC (urgent treatment centre)
- Prescribing within primary care
- Confident managing paediatric patients.
- A minimum of two years’ experience as an Independent Prescriber.
