Advanced Practitioner (ANP/ACP)
Posted 16 January 2026 by TiaHallam Medical has opportunities for Advanced Practitioners (ANP/ACP) to support GP Practices across Derbyshire.
In this role you will provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications independently and deliver high standards of patient-centred care.
We’re keen to speak with ANP and/or ACP Prescribers who are able to see and treat both children and adults and are confident with face to face appointments and experience within a primary care setting.
Skills / Requirements
- NMC Registered
- MSc in Advanced Practice (desirable)
- Primary Care/Urgent Care experience
- V300 Prescriber
- See and treat children
- Have prior experience in dealing with face to face patients
- Experience seeing and treating minor illness and injury
