This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate Registered Nurses with community nursing experience to deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes across the Kirklees area.
This role includes, but not limited too:
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients in their own homes.
- Responding to urgent clinical needs
- Supporting patients to manage long- term conditions
- Work together with the wider community and urgent care services
Skills Required:
- Insulin Administration
- Wound Care
- Anticipatory Medication
- Catheter Care (male/female)
Client Requirements:
- NMC Registered
- Community Nursing experience
- UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
