Community Vaccinator – Band 5 (Immunisation Team)
Posted 06 October 2026 by UrsulaHallam Medical has opportunities for Community Vaccinators (Band 5) to join an Immunisation Team in Oxford.
The role aims to improve health, reduce health inequalities and protect children and young people by delivering the school-based immunisation programme.
As a Community Vaccinator, you will help plan, deliver and evaluate vaccination services in schools and community settings. You will work with children and young people with a range of needs and work closely with schools and other healthcare professionals.
You will also help identify areas where children have missed vaccinations and support efforts to make immunisations accessible to those who need them.
Client Essential Requirements:
- Hold a NMC or GPhC or HCPC registration
- Experience working in Community Vaccination
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel independently between sites for work purposes.
- Experience of delivering health promotion.
This opportunity offers:
- Full Time Hours
- Shifts Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:00
