Band 7 Paediatric Nurse
Posted 15 April 2024 by LukeHallam Medical have a fantastic opportunity for a Band 7 Paediatric Nurse to support a Community service provider in the North West.
We would love to hear from Band 7 Nurses with previous experience dealing with paediatrics to support this service as a Case Manager. The key responsibilites for this role will be the provision of safe care, empowering clients to make choices about their own care provision, coordinate and lead the transition and continuity of all paediatric complex care packages, and full care package client reviews every 6 weeks.

Role details –
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Previous Paediatric experience
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
- Ongoing, block bookings available
