Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) – ADHD Assessment Service
Posted 12 November 2025 by RhianeHallam Medical has an opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) to support the establishment and ongoing delivery of a new ADHD Assessment Service in Lewisham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified clinician with leadership experience to contribute to the development of an innovative service aimed at improving access to high-quality ADHD assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the ADHD Assessment Service.
- Conduct comprehensive ADHD assessments in line with recognised standards and best practice.
- Support the development and implementation of clinical pathways, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor members of the clinical team, promoting professional growth and excellence in practice.
- Contribute to service evaluation, quality improvement, and the development of evidence-based practice.
You will need:
- Be NMC Registered (RGN/RMN)
- Be a certified ADHD Assessor.
- Have demonstrable experience in ADHD assessment and diagnosis.
- Possess leadership or management experience within a mental health or neurodevelopmental service.
- Hold recognised ADHD assessment qualifications.
