Clinical Pharmacist

We are looking for Clinical Pharmacists with Independent Prescribing experience in urgent care, managing conditions such as urinary tract infections (UTIs), coughs, colds, and other minor illnesses.
In this role, you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of minor illnesses and injuries.
- Provide expert clinical advice and treatment over the telephone.
- Work autonomously to deliver safe, effective, and timely patient care.
- Play a key role in providing high-quality, compassionate care.
This is an Out of Hours position covering evening and weekend shifts. Occasional daytime shifts may also become available depending on client requirements.
Client Requirements:
- Active Independent Prescriber qualification.
- Experience in telephone triage.
- Confident managing paediatric patients.
- A minimum of two years’ experience as an Independent Prescriber.
