This is a great opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to be part of a forward-thinking organisation transforming the way patients access safe, effective pharmaceutical care remotely.
As Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of medicines management across the platform. You’ll work closely with clinical leadership to monitor prescribing, drive continuous quality improvement, and support the development of a robust digital pharmacy strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor prescribing to ensure safety and compliance
- Lead on medicines governance and policy development
- Analyse medication-related data and outcomes
- Respond to MHRA alerts and communicate guidance across the clinical team
- Support service development and pharmacy network strategy

Qualifications/Experience:
- GPhC-registered Pharmacist with strong clinical experience
- Background in digital health, private sector, or medicines optimisation preferred
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to patient safety and quality improvement
