Community Nurse (RGN)

We are looking for Registered Nurses with community nursing experience to provide high-quality care in patients’ homes, helping to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
You will be responsible for managing, coordinating and delegating workloads, ensuring referrals are prioritised according to clinical need and that holistic assessments and care plans are completed.
Client Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Current UK driving licence
- Competent in all standard community nursing duties
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience within a community setting
