Community Nurse (RGN)

We are looking to speak with Registered Nurses who have community nursing experience to support patients across the Haslemere/Guildford/Milford/Waverley area.
Role Overview:
- Delivering care plans and evaluating patients care and taking action when necessary
- Manage referrals to the community nursings and also working with the team to support patients that have long term conditions and need palliative care
- Create plans, deliver and evaluate health promotions for patients
Skills Required:
- Phlebotomy
- Plurex drains and Rocket Drains
- PICC Line flushing
- Chemo Discomfort
- Compression Bandaging
- Doppler
- Insulin Management and administration
- Catheterisation – Female, Male and Suprapubic
- Wound Care/ Dressings
- Palliative Support and Assessments
- Medication Management and administration
Client Requirements:
- NMC Registered
- 6 months Community Nursing experience
- UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
