As part of this role some of the key responsibilities will include:
- New Patient Checks
- Immunisations – including baby immunisation
- Cytology
- Cardiovascular Monitoring
- Long Term Conditions Monitoring
- Diabetes
- Asthma
To apply for this role:
- NMC Registered with a minimum of 2 years’ qualified experience
- Competency in skills related to General Practice Nursing
- Primary Care Experience
