We have community nursing opportunities available in Chichester, Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Worthing, Shoreham, Steyning, and Arundel areas.
In this role, you will provide dedicated care to patients within their own homes, delivering all standard community nursing duties with confidence and compassion.
You’ll be working as part of a service committed to supporting people with long-term conditions, while also promoting health and wellbeing across the community.

Our client is seeking experienced Community Nurses who can demonstrate competence in the following skills:
- Catheterisation: Male, Female and Suprapubic
- Blocked urethral catheter management
- Blocked suprapubic catheter management
- Insulin administration:
- Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1DM)
- Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM)
- Compression bandaging
- Pleurex/Rocket drain management
- Phlebotomy
- Syringe driver set-up
- Verification of Expected Death (VoED)
- Wound care
- Safeguarding awareness for adults in the home setting
