Telephone Triage Clinician

As a Telephone Triage Clinician, you will:
- Assess patient symptoms and clinical information over the phone
- Provide accurate triage advice, ensuring patients receive the appropriate level of care
- Support patients with reassurance, guidance, and signposting to relevant services
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient pathways
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records using electronic systems
Who We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with NMC registration
- Experience in telephone triage or clinical assessment preferred
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
