We’re delighted to introduce Paul Page, our Business Development Manager here at Hallam Medical.

With over 11 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and business development, Paul works closely with both NHS and private sector organisations across the UK and internationally.

Paul joined Hallam Medical last month and works closely with our Commercial Director, Gemma Smith, supporting clients nationwide with the provision of temporary workforce solutions, using his extensive experience to build strong partnerships and develop innovative recruitment strategies that deliver real impact.

Paul began his healthcare recruitment career in 2014 within the Mental Health Division, building trusted relationships across the Southwest and delivering tailored staffing solutions to meet diverse client needs. His career quickly progressed, leading to senior roles such as Business Development and National Healthcare Account Manager and Global Business Development Manager where he managed national client relationships and collaborated closely with the CEO on a range of forward-thinking projects.

Paul’s deep understanding of the healthcare sector and commitment to exceptional service make him an integral part of our Hallam Medical team.
