Stress Awareness Month 2024

Today marks the start of Stress Awareness Month 2024.

The theme this year is “Little by Little, A Little Becomes A Lot”.

Stress Awareness Month takes place annually to highlight and raise awareness of the causes and cures of stress, as well as encourage people to talk openly to others about the impact of stress.

During this month, health care professionals and health promotion experts across the nation will come together to increase public awareness.
